RETURNS POLICY:

Our leather products are conspicuous by their excellent quality, but if you think they fail to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 30 days from the date of receipt - especially if you have found any (possible) visible or hidden defects (after 30 days each product is covered by the manufacturer`s warranty). All products you want to return must bear no physical signs of being used, and should be originally or similarly packed (any removal of the original manufacturer`s hang-tags is strictly prohibited). Please be so kind as to inform us about your decision to return faulty items and we will provide you with our mailing details (our warehouse in Turkey). As soon as we have received the returned goods, you will get a refund - money will be transferred straight into your PayPal or Moneybookers account. If you prefer to have your faulty goods exchanged for impeccable ones, please let us know instantly.

When buying a garment, please be so kind as to provide us with the following information: your size, the color(s) of your garment(s), arm or leg length (in cm) as measured from the shoulder down to the wrist (arm), and from the crotch down to the ankle (leg). The easiest way of finding out the length of your arm or leg is take the measurements of your "old" jacket sleeve (on the outer side), or of your trouser leg (on the inner side).
